Month 2, Week 3, Day 2

Well that went well for me yesterday. It was hard but not too hard. I was able to finish the DVD all the way through including the bonus workout at the end. WOW! It felt good. I still had to modify some of the moves so I didn't wear myself out too quickly but I still finished. You know taking 8 days off is not a good thing to do. 1-2 days off is decent but I would only recommend taking only 1. It is hard to get back in the swing of things when you have taken such long days off. Oh well. At least I can say I did it and now I am getting myself back on track. I just hope I didn't mess myself up when I did take all those days off. But you know it is all about how you do not what you do that is important. Even though what you do Is important to loose weight but how you loose it is most important. If you eat wrong you won't loose much. If you move wrong during your workouts you will only hurt yourself. If you barely move at all you won't loose the weight that is needed to burn those calories to loose weight. Sure you can move slow, eat horrible and more the wrong way. But where does it get you, no where near where you want/need to be heading for you to reach your goal. Now if you really bring it and put all your effort in to the moves, you eat as healthy as you can afford without breaking your wallet/bank account, and you move the correct way. Then you will succeed in reaching your goal. You bring it to the best of your ability,then you will loose weight. You eat eat healthy as best as you can afford without breaking the bank/wallet or going into debt then you will loose weight, if you move the correct way you will not hurt yourself. All I am saying is if you work hard, work at the best level possible and eat the best way possible then you will achieve the goals you have set for yourself. If you don't put the effort in you will only allow yourself to fail. I know, I have failed too many times to count. I mean look at my before picture. You can see very well I have failed and not succeeded until now. I will not lie to you. It is hard, it is rough, there are challenges and there are obstacles. But as long as you set your eyes on the prize you cannot fail. Let God help you. He is here for you and I and everyone else. He will not let you fail. Only you let yourself fail if you don't let God help you. Not only is this a spiritual battle but this is also a mind and body battle.
