Well yesterday went well. I woke up worked out then felt tired all over again. Took shower, shopped for food, then made late lunch and late dinner. My muscles hurt after the workout. Guess I pushed myself a little too hard but it is a good thing. I need to break through this wall to increase more stamina. Good thing I took my Tylenol before we went out and one before I went to bed. Cause I was hurting. It even hurt to sit on the pot to go potty. Mu bum hurt way too much. Oh well like they always say "No Pain, No Gain" lol or in my case "Loose". Well it is now the next day and I am still in pain. I guess I will have to weight till tomorrow to do X Stretch cause I can barely move my legs and my back muscles hurt. lol Good thing cause I still need to clean the house and do laundry as well as the dishes. Ha, guess my hubby needs to help me a little today. Well I guess I better go. Have a blessed day all and I will post a pic tomorrow since this is the last day of the week for working out. Next week is Recovery Week. Looking forward to it being over already and I have not even started yet. Lol
