Well last night was hot but not like in the day. It was Way H O T T E R. But that is all good. Cause the night was cooler and I was able to do my workout like I normally do. I pushed through it and the heat but I was able to accomplish what I had set out to do. Workout to loose weight. So that is what I did. It is also helpful to me to write this blog so I can look back and see how much I have accomplished in loosing this weight. If you are reading this for the first time I recommend doing something similar. Or find your won nitch if what will keep you motivated and accountable during what ever it is you have considered to do wether it is to loose weight and tone, loose weight and gain muscle mass, gain muscle or just to loose weight. What ever you have chosen I pray that this will help you. If not then I have tried my best. Well enough with chasing rabbits. So as I was saying... It was H O T yesterday and it was hard working out cause it was still hot at night. But I pushed through it. I am starting to like Kenpo X more and more though. I liked it a little bit but it is starting to grow on me the more I do it. I will tell you if I had not turned the fans on me last night I would not have finished the rest of the DVD. I turned on the fans at about the 30 minute mark. But it was worth it cause now I feel better. I feel like I can do X Stretch today and not have to be too tired doing it. I think that I feel like that now cause it is not that hot out right now like it was yesterday. Yesterday was Hotter than I can remember it being. But that is ok. Today is ok as well.
