Just A Little Something To Share...
Well here is an update. I just wanted to let you all know that I did weigh myself last night and I weigh 207 now. YAY!!! I guess that since I did not have a scale before I guessed that I used to weight between 230 & 245. So with that said I will guess and say I weighed 235 which means I have now lost a total of 28 pounds so far! YAY!!! So sorry for the delay. I just wanted you all to know. Have a blessed day and I am looking into getting myself a newer scale called the "Biggest Looser 5568BL Body Fat-Body Water Scale, Silver and Stainless Steel" (which costs about $22.00 on amazon.com). Since it weighs your body fat, water, weight and I think even calories. I need to look further into it. But I forget. Any way I am also looking into getting the "Timex Zone Trainer Digital Heart Rate Monitor" (which costs about $59.30 on amazon.com) while I am doing the cardiovascular exercises that way I can measure my heart rate, calories, and see the time. Cause I need a new watch any way. lol. Well I am also looking it to getting as well the "Set of 5 ProSource Premium Latex Resistance Exercise Bands Tubes Cords w/Door Anchor and Exercise Manual" (which costs about $27.99 on amazon.com). Since all I have right now are dumbbells I have realized I need more than that to help me out to gain upper body strength. Also I am looking into getting the "Black Mountain Products New Heavy Duty Bmp Doorway Chin Up Pull Up Bar" (which costs about $29.99 on amazon.com). I have been looking for these since the fact that in some of the upper body workouts require you to have them I have decided to look for them online to see if it is a better cost for me to get them on line than to get them in the store. So as of right now I am still doing more research on it. Well I have rabbled on and on and have probably gotten you bored. But this is what I am looking into. If you all have any other suggestions that would be grand. Oh and my dumbbells that I have are from 1 lb. to 5 lbs. I have the resistance tubes but they are not for this. So that makes it even more difficult for me. Also if you are a woman wondering how do you know which weight to use I would recommend going with the least amount and work your way up. I would not exceed 15 - 20 lbs unless you are wanting to bulk up. But, I think for me 15 lbs would be the highest that I would go. If you are a man I don't know what you would go with. I would talk with a professional about that. But other than that have a blessed day and I will post later on this evening if I have the time. Right now it is time for lunch and my little one is up and hungry. Have a blessed day!
