Well this week I made a huge breakthrough. I went from being in the 200 lb category to the 100 lb category. That my dear friends is a huge success. Well as far as not working out in 2 weeks I think that is huge step. Even though I will have to say that it is unique in it's self that I had not gained a lot like before. Oh well. I will have to say that today though I really don' t feel like working out. But I guess it is not all about feelings is it? Well since my husband bought me those resistance bands, I will have to say it feels better that I can workout the correct way now. I feel better in my arms than I had when I first started this whole new life of working out almost daily. Plus it is a change up from the every day norm and simplicity of the days. It makes.life more interesting now. It is hard to get a routine in place when you never had a routine to begin with. I guess this is good after all. Well chest and back went well after not working out for 2 weeks. The next day I was not able to workout since I had told my little one to clean up her mess. She didn't. But later she did after I paddled her behind a little. The next day went well since it was plyo. I felt like I could all most breeze through it till I looked at the screen and saw how much time I really had left. Lol It was only abt. 30 min. into it when I looked up. Gosh I guess I can't breeze right through it yet. Oh well soon enough. The next day was shoulders & arms. That was a little bit more challenging than chest & back. But again since I had the resistance bands my husband bought me, it felt just right. The next day was yoga x. Since we don' t have a wireless router any more for our computer I was not able to workout. So Instead I cleaned the house. My goodness what a chore that was. I am still cleaning. I guess Spring cleaning this year was not a success as I thought. Oh well Fall cleaning seems to be more successful this year since it is now cooler than it used to be. Legs & back was hard but in a good way. Glad I pushed through it the best I could with how I was feeling though. Oh well after next week it may not be as challenging as this week was. Today is kenpo x, lets see how this goes today. Well I am now finished with my workout. It sure felt good. I sure feel good now to have this days workout behind me. I was able to kick higher than I have been able to in such a long time. Maybe even since high school. But it sure feels good to know that I can kick higher now both in the front, back & sides.
