Month 2, Week 2, Day 2

Well Monday was ok. It was hot and I was tired. Although it was hot I managed to do Plyometrics Monday. But I had to stop after 20 minutes into it since I was out of breath and dizzy. But i got back into it and did the best I could even tin the extreme heat. I had the fans on me as I worked out so as to keep me cooled down a little so I wouldn't pass-out. It was very hard cause my body kept telling me to quick. Although I can now say I did not listen to it I felt like giving up since it has been so hot lately. I am not a fan of such high temps while working out but I can say it helps to pull those pounds of pretty well. Also since a friend of mine has been so very kind to let me have her 1/2 bag of Shakeology I have been a happy camper. Especially since my husband doesn't want to spend all that money on it. I can say it is kind of expensive but if you want your health back I truly recommend it. Since I have been started on the 3 Day Shakeology Cleanse I can now say I feel a difference in  myself as a whole. I feel more energized and not bogged down as I normally am. I have struggled with a bogged down mind for quite a while and I can honestly say I don't feel that way now that I am doing a meal replacement drink like this. I will tell you the gruesome truth though," it Will make you drop some of the weight in the toilette". I know that telling you this is something you really don't want to hear but it is the truth. I have found myself talking about it as "Poopology" since that is exactly what happens if you are doing the cleanse. It eliminates all the funk in your colon I think. Plus it has everything I think the body needs and I feel really good about it. I wish I could sell the stuff cause I think everyone should at least give it a try for 30 days if not more. But oh well. I guess I will just have to let it be for the time being and just let others know about it and if they want to try it and get it I will have to settle with letting them get it from a friend of mine for a discount and that way they will not have to pay the extra money to get it.
